MARS is an all-Wales system provided by Health Education & Improvement Wales and funded by Welsh Government to facilitate the appraisal and revalidation of doctors.

Did you know that Good Medical Practice (GMP) 2024 came into effect on 30th January? To help doctors apply it, the GMC have refreshed some supporting pieces of guidance. The Revalidation Support Unit will be updating the GMP domains to reflect these changes during the course of the year.
